This is a day adjustable timer module, with 9999 days countdown & count up capacity. The resolution is 1 second after counting down under 1 hour. The minimum setting interval is one day. Count up feature is included. Therefore it is good to use as a lifetime meter or chronometer. Furthermore, for long range counting capability, it can be applied to:
- measure or indicate the lifetime of any long-lasting or valuable parts or devices, such as water or air filter, cartridge, battery, UV lamp, ... etc.,
- executing lifetime testing in laboratory or workshop
As people know the most important feature for a timer is perpetual reminding user that the set time is up. But it wastes too much power, especially for battery operated devices. Therefore it becomes difficult to make. Under our R/D team’s effort, we specially program a called PSEA (power saving endless alert) or perpetual alert to make this feature realistic. This unique feature is available upon request. Normally the module provides one minute alert.
If required, this module can provide an open collector output pole to allow people use it to manipulate other power operated device.
